Sunrise Business Products proudly
carries the complete line of Replogle Globes. Continued advances
in telecommunications will bridge even the farthest distances

- Freight Terms: F.O.B. Factory,
Broadview, Illinois, USA.
- Concealed Loss of Damage: Concealed
loss or damage means that the contents may have been damaged
in transit due to rough handling, even though the carton may
not show external damage. If concealed damage is discovered,
make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent
within 15 days of the delivery date and file a claim with the
carrier.
- Visible Damage: Any external
evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the bill of lading
(freight bill) or express receipt and signed by the carrier's
agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence
of damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage
claim. The form to file such a claim is provided by the carrier.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO SUNRISE BUSINESS PRODUCTS,
INC., OR REPLOGLE GLOBES, INC.
- Shortages:
If the numbers of cartons in
a delivery does not match the total number of cartons stated
on the bill of lading/freight bill, it should not be accepted
until the shortage is noted on the bill of lading/freight bill.
- Canadian Customers Please Note:
Brokerage fees and GST Tax will be
added to your invoice.

- Minimum Order: For all orders
under US $150 a $8.50 handling charge will be added, in addition
to freight charges.
- Return Policy: Replogle,
Inc., nor Sunrise Business Products, Inc., assume any responsibility
for merchandise returned without an authorization number from
the factory. Claims for loss or damage should be made directly
with the delivery carrier. Defective merchandise may be returned
to Replogle, Inc., only with prior authorization. To arrange
for return within ten days of receipt of goods, call your Sunrise
Business Products representative to request a Return Goods Authorization
number (RGA). Returns must be shipped pre-paid, and are subject
to a 25% re-stocking charge.
