  • General : Premium Business Products proudly carries the complete line of Wooden Mallet literature racks. The Wooden Mallet has unique overlapping design displays and organizes magazines and literature, keeping them tidy and visible in the least amount of space.
  • Concealed Loss of Damage: Concealed loss or damage means that the contents may have been damaged in transit due to rough handling, even though the carton may not show external damage. If concealed damage is discovered, make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent within 15 days of the delivery date and file a claim with the carrier.
  • Visible Damage: Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the bill of lading (freight bill) or express receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The form to file such a claim is provided by the carrier. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO PREMIUM BUSINESS PRODUCTS, INC., OR Wooden Mallet, INC.
  • Shortages: If the numbers of cartons in a delivery does not match the total number of cartons stated on the bill of lading/freight bill, it should not be accepted until the shortage is noted on the bill of lading/freight bill.
  • Canadian Customers Please Note: GST Tax will be added to your invoice.
     

 

  • Return Policy: Wooden Mallet, Inc., nor Premium Business Products, Inc., assume any responsibility for merchandise returned without an authorization number from the factory. Claims for loss or damage should be made directly with the delivery carrier. Defective merchandise may be returned to Wooden Mallet, Inc., only with prior authorization. To arrange for return within ten days of receipt of goods, call your Premium Business Products representative to request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Returns must be shipped pre-paid, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
