Fireproof file cabinets and safes are very heavy!

Delivery conditions must be carefully considered. Freight rates for orders that can't be shipped dock-todock depend upon your location in relation to our nearest shipping point. Inside and/or uncrated delivery may not be available in all locations; carry-ups and carry-downs are always additional charge, when such service is available in your locality.

Delivery to business locations within the 48 contiguous United States, with loading docks, is absolutely free; delivery to business locations without a loading dock is generally less than to residential locations. Deliveries to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, USVI, Puerto Rico, Guam and elsewhere will incur additional freight charges.

Know your floor load capacity; remember, the file or safe will be even heavier when fully loaded.

All files and safes are delivered FREE via Common Carrier dock to dock.

 

A loading dock or forklift is usually required. Estimated delivery time is two to four weeks.

 

Please note the additions and exceptions to the right. These freight prices and policies apply to the lower 48 United States.

 

Payment can easily be made via SpeedChex, which is a check by phone service.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is essential to have your Customer Service Representative quote you an exact delivery price, as there are so many variables, and it can be confusing. The charges listed to the right are accurate, AND a definitive quote avoids confusion.

 

Credit cards are not accepted on the purchase of products from this websection.

 

Reconsignment - This is when a customer is requesting a product to be taken to another location, and the product is currently in the carriers/movers possession. Customer is responsible for reconsignment fees and any other fees if other services are required (i.e. liftgate, etc.)

The freight will be transferred to a smaller lift-gate delivery truck and brought to ground level. No uncartoning or removal of debris. Ground floor only.

• General: FireKing Data safes are distributed exclusively in the United States by FireKing International, Inc. Sunrise Business Products markets all FireKing Safes and Insulated Files. All FireKing International Inc. products are carefully inspected at the factory to assure the highest standards of quality. FireKing International Inc., and Sunrise Business Products Inc., liability ceases when shipment is accepted by common carrier.
• Doorways: All FireKing data safes have been designed to pass through door openings sideways. They will fit through most doorways by simply removing the handle, if necessary.
• Dock-to-Dock Delivery: FireKing / Sunrise Business Products are not responsible for removing product from truck or inside delivery. These services are available for additional charges in most areas in the United States and Canada. Remember... safes are extremely heavy. Consider your requirements when ordering!
• Inside Delivery: Inside delivery is available upon request and for additional charge. Call your Sunrise Business Products representative for details.
• A Word About Pricing: Prices were current at the time this websection was posted; and, we methodically and periodically update prices. However, many manufacturers do raise prices without notice, and therefore we reserve the right to quote you the most current price at the time of your inquiry, or order.

• Capacities, Accessories & Dimensions: A separate web page exists to describe all capacities, accessories and dimensions of our FireKing data safes.
• Limited Warranty: Defects, damage to, or malfunction of mechanical parts of FireKing data safes resulting from normal use and service are unconditionally guaranteed to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of delivery to said purchaser. Warranty service is available by contacting Sunrise Business Products, or by writing to FireKing, 101 Security Parkway, New Albany, IN, 47150, USA. FireKing reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product prior to honoring any claim and may, at its sole option, repair or replace defective product or parts.
• Destination Inspection: Merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before acceptance. When damage or shortage occurs, refuse acceptance until transportation agent endorses extent of damage or shortage. If external appearance has not indicated damage, but upon opening, contents are found damaged, unpacking should be stopped and an inspector of the delivering carrier should be called immediately. The inspector should indicate on the delivery receipt the exact condition of the contents. Claims should be filed immediately by the customer.
• Cancellation Policy: Items can not be canceled after they have been placed in production.
• Returns: Return shipments will not be accepted unless authorized by FireKing International Inc., New Albany, IN. They must be shipped freight prepaid, and will be subject to 25% restocking charge. Only current stock merchandise may be returned. All products to be returned must have been shipped within the previous 12 months and be in their original containers. No refunds will be given until returned goods are received and inspected at the factory.
